Fear Virtual
Workshop Presentation
"I attended Carly’s Fear workshop prior to starting a thru-hike of the AT. Even as a trained clinical social worker, I had never heard someone speak so knowledgeably and clearly about the value of fear. This workshop not only gave me practical ideas for managing my fear as a solo female hiker (or any hiker) but also redefined what my relationship with fear could be. Carly is a skilled facilitator that allows time for listening and reflection. I cannot recommend it enough!" - D. "Cinnamon" Davis
Are you afraid of hiking or running on trail alone? Or maybe you're afraid of encountering wildlife, or bad weather, or camping alone. Me too. But I've learned how to move through my fears so that I can keep choosing adventure and doing things that make me happy on trail, despite fear. Because here's the thing: Fear shifts. Fear doesn't go away with the more experience we gain on trail - it changes, it evolves. If you want to learn how to embrace your fears and move through them so you can be more comfortable on trail, this workshop recording is for you.
